Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to tuna68 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older at the time of registration. tuna68 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will immediately close any Account found to have been opened by, or used by, a person under 21 years of age. Any Balance held in such an Account shall be forfeited.

2.2 Residency. tuna68 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online betting is legal in your jurisdiction. tuna68 makes no representations that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or hold an Account on tuna68:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who are employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of tuna68 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Persons who are immediate family members of the above;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from tuna68 and whose self-exclusion period has not expired;
• Persons whose accounts have been previously closed by tuna68 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on tuna68. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Process. To use tuna68's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. tuna68 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. You must notify tuna68 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification. tuna68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP or passport) and may include proof of residential address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the Account.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. tuna68 is not responsible for service failures resulting from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tuna68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• International card payments: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability).

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tuna68 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. tuna68 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing schedules.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available banking day. tuna68 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours during operational hours, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security reviews.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. All withdrawal payments will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by tuna68's compliance team following a completed KYC review. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.6 Transaction Fees. tuna68 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which tuna68 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by tuna68 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. tuna68 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Players must satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated validity period; failing to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly permits repeated participation. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, multiple email addresses, or other methods of circumvention constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. tuna68 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk. If such activity is detected, tuna68 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. tuna68 may offer time-limited promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other public holidays. These promotions will be published on the Platform and are subject to stated individual terms.

6.1 General. All bets placed on tuna68 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selections, stakes, and odds — before confirming any wager. tuna68 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system.

6.2 Football Betting. Football betting markets on tuna68 cover BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), among others. Available market types include Asian Handicap (voor bola), 1X2, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. tuna68 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to irregular or suspicious betting activity.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and dragon tiger — are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical game mechanics and are not subject to manipulation by tuna68 or its software systems.

6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on tuna68 follow draw schedules published on the Platform. Results are determined by official draw outcomes from recognized draw operators. tuna68 publishes draw results promptly and settles winning bets within the timeframe stated for each draw market.

6.5 Slot Games. All slot titles on tuna68 are supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and certified by independent auditors. Slot gacor (high-frequency-payout slot) titles are clearly labeled on the Platform.

6.6 Void Bets. tuna68 reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances including — but not limited to — technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, cancellation of a sporting event, or clear evidence of a data feed error. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

6.7 Maximum Payout. tuna68 applies a maximum single-event payout limit, which varies by product category. The applicable payout limits are displayed within each betting market. tuna68 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated payout cap.

7.1 tuna68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its products and markets. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible directly from the Account settings panel, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period under any circumstances.

7.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.

8.1 All content on the tuna68 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of tuna68 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

8.3 Unauthorized use of the tuna68 name, logo, or any other Platform content — including in advertising, social media, or affiliate marketing — without prior written authorization from tuna68 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.1 Platform Availability. tuna68 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend Platform access for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice. tuna68 shall not be liable to any Player for losses or damages arising from Platform downtime, interruption, or technical malfunction.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tuna68 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where tuna68 is found liable to a Player for direct loss or damage, our total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. tuna68 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.

9.5 Third-Party Services. tuna68 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services integrated into the Platform — including payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, and live streaming services. Any disputes arising from third-party service failures must be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

10.1 Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting tuna68 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

10.2 Closure by tuna68. tuna68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without notice — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting software ("bots");
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2;
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

10.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by tuna68 — these Terms & Conditions shall continue to govern any outstanding matters, including but not limited to unresolved withdrawal requests, pending KYC reviews, and active investigations.

11.1 tuna68 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity and holds gaming authorization under the jurisdiction of its international regulator. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tuna68 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via tuna68's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

11.3 Player Acknowledgement. By using tuna68, you acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated differently in your country of residence — including in Indonesia — and that it is your sole responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations. tuna68 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

12.1 tuna68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tuna68 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a closure request to tuna68 support.
